Once your M365 account has been created, you will be sent a login and password from the sytem. Open a internet browser (Eg Chrome). Go to office.com Click "Sign in" and you will be presented with the sign in screen: Type in your Sutton Scouts email address and click "Next" Type in the password which was sent in your welcome email. You will then be prompted to change your password: Once you have changed your password, you will be asked for "More information": You will be asked to download the Microsoft Authenticator You will be asked to download the Microsoft Authenticator App to your smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone, or do not wish to download Microsoft Authenticator, click "I want to set up a different method". You can then choose "phone" (text) or Email. Please do not skip setup, as this will cause you problems if you later need a password reset etc.
Once you have completed your chosen option, you will be asked, "Stay signed in?" Select "Don't show this again" and click Yes.
You are now logged in and can start exploring.
We recommend you select "Outlook" from the left sidebar to check your Sutton Scouts email. Next time you need to login go to office.com
