We utilise a number of shared email addressee, Eg scouts@suttonscouts.org.uk
These are shared against named users, who can read, reply and delete emails in the shared email account.
So as to ensure members of the team are notified of new emails, the individual users must configure the account on their device.
It is suggested that configuring it on a smartphone is the most practical method.
